I want to thank you and everyone at PTC for all of the help you have been in getting my condominium painted and move-in ready in such a short amount of time. Luis and his crew did an excellent job with the painting and it made all the difference in the world. Sal did a great job with the electrical work. The workers were always cooperative and polite. I was able to get all of my "handy man" work done with one company, including caulking and installing pulls for kitchen cabinets. I will definitely call Preston Trail again if I need work on my condominium. Thanks again!

Recently we decided to change our electric cook top to a Gas supplied cook top and on this transition, your Mr. James Williams was assigned by your company for the delicate job of providing an extra gas line in our residence. We did tremendously enjoy his extra ordinary skills, well done job in addition to his very courthouse manner, and are thankful to him. Let me take this opportunity to thank youfor excellent customer service when James came to our home to replace our water heater. He called ahead and arrived shortly thereafter. He and his assistant were very friendly and worked quickly to replace our damaged and aged water heater. I appreciated his great attitude and work ethic. We had a really bad experience a week prior with another company dealing with poor attitudes and short tempered telephone people that when James finished his work, 1 was very pleased. Thank you for sending James Williams over today on such short notice to repair our hot water heater. We had been without hot water for three days, and I had planned on repairing it myself over the weekend until I saw how complex the repair job would be. It involved two natural gas connections plus some thermocouple wiring. James did a great job, and we found a new plumbing company.
